It involves the creation of a 3D BIM Model from a 2D blueprint in order to better visualize, optimize the design, simulate real conditions and improve communication between interested parties.

The creation of 3D BIM models from 2D (CAD/PDF) drawings is carried out through the following activities:

– Digitization of 2D drawings,

– Modeling by adding all relevant dimensions and elements,

- Adding Information depending on the level of detail (LOD100 - LOD500).

The 3D model enables the creation of a wide variety of analyzes and simulations, which are required for dimensioning and optimization of objects within infrastructure systems, which are performed through specialized software compatible with the BIM standard, such as:

-Analysis of energy efficiency,

-Static and structural analysis,

-Traffic simulation,

-Simulation of sunshine,

-Analysis of quantities (subjects and estimate of works),

-Evacuation analysis in case of fire,

-Hydraulic analysis.

The end result is a detailed 3D model that not only shows how the facility will look, but also how it will function under different scenarios and impacts, enabling more efficient planning, management and construction.

BIM Coordination and VDC (Virtual Design and Construction) are closely related concepts within the construction industry that enable the improvement of the realization of investments, and the company offers its services both in the development of the entire project and in individual specialized services such as:

BIM coordination:

Communication and data exchange within all activities is carried out electronically with the establishment of a WEB Portal and tools without the need to purchase additional software licenses for Users.

The coordination process begins with the formation of the BIM Execution Plan (BEP). Depending on the defined level of detail (LOD), a BIM model is created and an analysis of collisions between all professions on the project is performed, and then a clear report is established for the Client and Stakeholders.

VDC (Virtual Design and Construction)

Through virtual design and construction (VDC), communication is achieved between the BIM model and the construction site, using modern software and hardware solutions, such as AR technology.
The application of VDS enables the integration of all necessary activities for the realization of the investment, which include planning, design, supervision and control during the execution of works. Through this work process, it is possible to predict the differences and inconsistencies between the project and the real situation on the construction site, as well as the rapid acquisition of data from the construction site for the needs of designing in the office.
