Planning and design

Planning and design includes the technical preparation of documentation with all accompanying activities until obtaining the necessary conditions and permits. Technical preparation within the investment cycle involves determining project goals, resource analysis, drawing up plans, specifications and other documentation in accordance with relevant laws, regulations and standards.

Defining project goals and requirements: A step through which project goals are precisely defined and all key requirements of Clients and Stakeholders are identified. This includes understanding the client’s needs, studying relevant regulations and standards, and identifying constraints such as project time and budget.

Research works: Implementation of various research activities: climatic, geodetic, geotechnical, geological, hydrogeological, etc. in order to assess the conditions of the area and define the parameters for the implementation of various analyzes and calculations.

Technical documentation: Preparation of all levels of complexity of technical documentation from the General Project (GP), Conceptual Solution (IDR), Conceptual Project (IDP), Project for Building Permit (PGD), Project for Execution (PZI) to the Project of the Constructed Facility (PIO) with a presentation of all required parts of the documentation in accordance with the relevant legal and other regulations.

Planning of construction activities: Development of a precise plan for the execution of works that is crucial for the efficient realization of the investment, which includes phasing of construction, distribution of resources, time frames and all other aspects that affect the execution of works.

Risk management: Identification and assessment of potential risks that are crucial for precise investment planning, such as delays, unforeseen works, non-compliant technical solutions.

Sustainability and environmental protection: Within our projects, all aspects of sustainable development and protection of natural resources are considered through measurements and impact analysis, and measures are proposed to reduce negative impacts on the environment.

A multidisciplinary team of engineers in hydraulic construction, construction, architecture, forestry, environmental protection, technology, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, with knowledge, experience and skills in the use of modern software tools, which are fully compliant with the BIM standard, is able to create technical documentation for the most complex projects in the expected quality and on time.

Technical documentation that complies with the BIM standard enables quick analysis of all proposed technical solutions, outstanding visualization, dynamic design through quick changes and adjustments in the field with the application of licensed software tools.

By participating in the development of projects of importance for the Republic of Serbia, we gained experience and knowledge in the development of study and technical documentation of all levels of complexity, especially in the field of infrastructure projects and public purpose facilities.
